We use PayPal as our payment processor.  It is safe and easy to use, and you don’t have to be a PayPal member in order to use the system. All major credit cards are accepted and no credit card information is available to us.
We ship within 48 hours of receipt of order and primarily use UPS for domestic shipments.
Shipping is included in the price of each item.

International Shipments!
We do welcome International Orders. Please email us for a shipping quote.  We will respond within 24-48 hours.  If you go forward with the order, we will send you a separate order/invoice payment form.  You can pay by paypal or any major credit card.

Please call our customer service department within 30 days of purchase at 720-389-7917 to obtain an authorization to return a defective item for replacement or credit.  Any non-defective item also would need to be returned within 30 days and will be accessed a 20% restocking fee.  Merchandise will be returned to directly to our facility.

Non-defective merchandise must be in its original inner packaging as shipped by us or our suppliers including protective packaging material to prevent damage during shipment. Inner package must not be torn, marked, defaced, or damaged. Any such returns will be returned at customer’s expense. Retail price includes shipping, so that amount will be deducted from refund as it has been paid to the shipper.

If any merchandise is damaged during shipment, it will be covered by the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).  If you receive merchandise damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will instruct you as to the procedure to follow.  Make sure that all packaging including the original outer packing box is retained.
